Raymond Groyer – Chief Technology Officer / Lead Sales Engineer
Mr. Groyer is responsible for long-term and “big picture” issues and has deep technical knowledge of the Automation and Motion Control industry. Mr. Groyer works on technology integral to products being sold to customers or clients and is integrally involved with formulating software intellectual property (IP) strategies and exploiting proprietary technologies with regulatory agencies as applicable. Mr. Groyer has over 25 years of experience in the Automation and Motion Control industry.
Glenn Dietz – CEO
Mr. Dietz oversees day-to-day operations, marketing, strategy, financing, and creation of company culture, human resources, and compliance with safety regulations, sales, marketing and PR duties. Mr. Dietz also interfaces with legal counsel to incorporate client’s considerations into strategic planning and inter-company negotiations. Mr. Dietz brings over 25 years of corporate and small business management and ownership to Kaizen Automation Group.
